About Oyinda
Oyinda is a culturally attuned and compassionate therapist who supports adolescents, young adults, women, and families navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and intergenerational dynamics. She offers a calm, respectful space where clients can slow down, feel heard, and gently reconnect with themselves.
Her approach integrates somatic and evidence-informed practices—including Hakomi, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Family Systems Theory. With care and collaboration, she supports clients in making sense of emotional patterns, relationship struggles, and the stories that shape who they are.
Guided by cultural humility, curiosity, and presence, Oyinda meets each person where they are—holding space for identity, faith, family roles, and unspoken wounds to be explored with care. She believes healing isn’t about fixing, but about remembering and reclaiming what has always been within.
