About Roberta
Roberta steps into the counselling space with a heartfelt belief that she can shine a light on the path to clarity and practical solutions for families and children in the midst of turmoil. With her warm and candid demeanour, she has become a guiding force for children and teens, helping them to build self-esteem, manage anxiety, and navigate behavioural challenges. Her journey has taken her through enriching experiences with organizations like Head Start, CASA, and Little Warriors at the Be Brave Ranch, where she has provided comfort and guidance to children, teens, and parents facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, from ADHD and ASD to Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Oppositional Defiance Disorder.
Roberta’s toolkit is filled with specialized training in programs like Circle of Security, the Neuro-relational Framework, the Incredible Years, and Gottman Emotion Coaching. Each of these methodologies enhances her ability to connect with and support her clients in meaningful ways. With a passion for nurturing growth and healing, Roberta is not just a counsellor but a steadfast ally in the journey toward mental well-being.
