Family Counselling
Family therapy isn’t about figuring out who’s to blame. It’s about understanding the patterns that develop between people who love each other — and finding new ways to move through them together.
We work with families of all shapes and sizes, including blended families, single-parent families, and families navigating a specific challenge like a child’s diagnosis, a major life transition, or conflict that’s become hard to break on your own. You don’t all have to agree on the problem to benefit from the process.
What to Expect
Family counselling supports healthier relationships between family members. Sessions may focus on improving communication, understanding each other’s needs, and working through changes or challenges as a unit. Parents, children, or siblings may attend together depending on your needs.
