Counselling for Young Children (Ages 0–4)
What to Expect
Counselling for young children often includes play-based and parent-involved approaches. Therapy may focus on helping your child build emotional awareness, improve behaviour, and strengthen their bond with caregivers. Sessions are gentle and developmentally appropriate, often including toys, stories, and games to support communication and healing.
