Counselling for Children (Ages 5-11)

What to Expect

Counselling for school-aged children helps them manage emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. Therapy may address anxiety, low mood, behaviour challenges, peer issues, or changes at home. Sessions use a mix of talk, art, and play to meet each child where they’re at.
