About Emily
Emily works with adults, teens, couples and families who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, thoughts and behaviours, and improve their relationships and lives. Her clients may be experiencing anxiety or depression, feel stuck in patterns they do not fully understand, or struggle to identify the root causes of their challenges.
Her approach is collaborative, compassionate and non-judgmental. Emily believes in exploring questions together, creating space for curiosity and growth, and helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. She supports couples and families in strengthening communication, building understanding, and creating healthier patterns in their relationships.
Emily holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor. She works best with clients who are motivated to put in the work, including parents and adults willing to do internal work when the challenges are within the family.
