Counselling for Adolescents (Ages 12-17)

Adolescence is genuinely hard. Identity, relationships, school pressure, family dynamics, and a brain that’s still figuring itself out — it’s a lot to carry, even when things look fine from the outside.

Therapy for teens at Infinite Path is a space that belongs to them. We’re not here to report back or take sides — we’re here to give them somewhere to think, feel, and be honest without consequence. Some teens arrive ready to talk. Others need a few sessions to warm up. Both are completely normal.

If your teen is hesitant, that’s okay. We’ve worked with plenty of teens who didn’t want to be there at first.

What to Expect

Adolescent counselling supports youth through identity development, peer pressure, school stress, and mental health concerns like anxiety or depression. Therapy offers a safe space to talk, build self-awareness, and explore healthy ways to manage challenges.
